Abby joined the staff of Mid State Therapy services in 2020 after graduating at the top of her class in Occupational Therapy at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. Prior to coming to work for Mid State Therapy, Abby completed a clinical rotation at Baptist Health where she worked in inpatient focusing on Adult Neuro Rehab, particularly spinal cord injuries and head injuries. Originally from Many, Abby now lives in Boyce, LA as she prepares for her wedding in 2021. She is currently engaged to Curtis Fennell and they have two puppies, Polo and Rascal. Abby enjoys helping people regain function in their daily lives and she feels it is very rewarding working as an Occupational Therapist. Her enthusiasm and fresh perspectives on treatment have been a great addition to our team of therapists.
